Rocky Mountain Edition Recipes 06-10-13


1 lb. Italian Sausage

1 clove Garlic or 1/4 t. Garlic Powder

1 Tbsp. Whole Basil

1-1/2 lb. can (2 cups) Tomatoes

2 (6 oz) cans Tomato Paste

10 oz. Lasagna or Wide Noodles

3 c. Fresh Ricotta or Cottage Cheese

1/2 c. Grated Parmesan or Romano Cheese

2 Tbsp. Parsley Flakes

1/2 t. Pepper

2 Eggs, beaten

1 lb Mozzarella Cheese, sliced very thin
