Tater Salad

Ingredients:

6-10 Red potatoes
1/4 cup Mayo
1/4 cup Yellow mustard
4 Hard boiled eggs
3 tbl spoons of pickle (or red pepper) relish

Boil the taters good. Drain and let them cool. While they cool slice your eggs removing the yolk to make rings. In a bowl mix mayo, mustard, dry yolks and relish. Once taters are cooled off, slice (or dice / cube) and mix it all together!
