Great Grape Meatballs

1 lb. ground beef
2 c. stale Italian bread, torn into pieces
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 Tbsp. parsley

Grape sauce
1 c. ketchup
1/3 c. fresh lemon juice
1/3 c. grape jelly

Place bread pieces in a mixing bowl. Add egg and stir to coat bread. Add ground beef. Mix well. Add soup mix and parsley and mix well.
Shape mixture into 1-inch balls and arrange in a large glass baking dish.
In a bowl combine ketchup, lemon juice and grape jelly. Mix well and pour over meatballs.
Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 45 minutes or until meatballs are no longer pink inside.
