Breast of Chicken Casserole

1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 pkg. onion soup mix
1-1/2 c. Minute Rice
4 chicken breasts

Mix soups and rice together in a 9-by-13-inch baking pan.
Place chicken breasts on top and bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours.
Note: For a variation, sauté onions, mushrooms, green pepper, and celery and add to the mixture. Also, season with cracked black pepper, basil, rosemary, or other spices.
