Barbecued Chicken

1 chicken, cut in pieces
2 c. catsup
1/2 c. vinegar
Juice of 1 lemon
2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
1 Tbsp. Tabasco
2/3 c. Worcestershire sauce

Sauté onion in a little oil in a deep pan and add all ingredients except chicken. Simmer on low heat.
Fry 1 chicken in oil and when done, place in sauce.

Note: This is much better if chicken is allowed to set at least overnight in sauce. Do not over fry the chicken, as chicken will cook in sauce as it simmers. If cooked too well done it will fall apart.
