Chicken Nuggets Snacks

1 c. dry bread crumbs
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
2 t. basil
2 t. thyme
2 t. paprika
1 t. salt
3/4 c. butter, melted
2-1/2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into 1-inch cubes

In a bowl combine bread crumbs, cheese, basil, thyme, paprika, and salt.
Place butter in another bwl.
Dip chicken pieces in butter first, then roll in bread crumb mixture.
Place on greased 15-by-10-inch cookie sheet.
Bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
Makes 8 servings.
