Pickled Deviled Eggs

1 dozen hard boiled eggs
Jar of picked beets
Choice of tuna, chicken or ham salad

Slice eggs lengthwise, remove yolks. Remove bets from juice, and place egg whites in juice. Marinate for at least 1/2 hour.
Make tuna, chicken or ham salad.
Remove egg whites and drain off excess juice. Fill egg whites with salad of choice.
