2 c. sugar
3/4 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. butter
2 c. mini marshmallows
6 oz. cherry chips
1 t. vanilla
12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
3/4 c. peanut butter
1 c. salted peanuts, crushed

Combine sugar, milk, butter, and marshmallows and boil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add cherry chips and vanilla.
Pour mixture into a buttered 9-by-13-inch baking pan.
Melt chocolate chips, peanut butter, and peanuts in double boiler. Spread over cherry mixture in dish.
Chill and cut into squares.
