Mexican Turkey Burgers

1-1/2 lb. ground turkey
3/4 c. olives, sliced
1/3 c. green onions, diced
2 t. jalapeño minced
1 clove garlic, minced
2 Tbsp. lime juice
2-1/2 t. chili powder
1 t. ground cumin
1/2 t. ground sage
1/2 t. salt
4 onion rolls
1 avocado, sliced
1/2 c. prepared salsa
Split and toast rolls.
Combine turkey, 1/2 c. olives,onions, jalapeño and garlic. Season with lime juice, chili powder, cumin, sage and salt. Mix thoroughly.
Divide mixture into fourths and shape into patties. Grill burgers over med-high heat for 5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
Place each burger on bottom half of a toasted roll. Garnish with 2-3 slices of avocado, 2 t. salsa, 1 Tbsp. olives. Cover with top half of bun and serve to 4 hungry guests.
