Italian Spinach Pie

1 16 oz. container Low Fat Cottage Cheese
1 10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained
1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
4 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup red bell pepper, chopped
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. dried oregano leaves

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix all ingredients until well blended. Pour into greased 9-inch pie plate. Bake 40 minutes or until center is set.
