1 pkg. (8 oz.) light cream cheese, softened
1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
1 can (6 oz.) frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
1 carton (8 oz.) Cool Whip, thawed
1 9-inch graham cracker crust

In a large bowl with electric mixer, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add condensed milk and mix until incorporated. Mix in orange juice until smooth and creamy. Gently fold in Cool Whip. Pile into crust. Refrigerate at least 1 hour. Serves 8.
