Fruit Salad with Honey Yogurt Sauce

1 c. vanilla yogurt
1 Tbsp. honey
1-1/2 t. grated lime rind
3 c. pineapple, cubed
1-1/2 c. Braeburn apple, chopped
1 c. orange sections
1 c. kiwi, peel & chopped
1/3 c. sweetened flaked coconut
1 med. banana, sliced
1/4 c. slivered almonds

Combine yogurt, honey and lime rind in a bowl. Mix and set aside.
Combine pineapple, apple, orange, kiwi and coconut flakes in large bowl, toss gently to combine. Just before serving, stir in banana. Top fruit mixture with yogurt sauce; sprinkle with almonds.
Makes 6 servings.
