2 cups flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 cup water

Sift together dry ingredients, then quickly mix in water. Press dough into 9” pie pan and bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes. Cut into wedges and serve. Perfect for “soppin’ up” pot likkers and gravies.
