Colorado Peach Pound Cake

1 c. butter, softened
3 c. sugar
6 eggs
1 t. vanilla
1 t. almond extract
3 c. flour
1/4 t. baking soda
1/2 c. sour cream
2 c. ripe peaches, chopped
Whipped cream
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 10-inch tube pan.

In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one-at-a-time and beat well. Add vanilla and almond extract.

In a small bowl, mix flour and baking soda and add to creamed mixture. Fold in sour cream and add chopped peaches.

Pour batter into pan and bake 75-90 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
Top with whipped cream.
