1 box yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1 stick butter
1 can mandarin oranges
1/2 c. juice from can of mandarin oranges
1 t. vanilla
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
Juice from 1 lb. can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. powdered sugar
4 oz. whipped topping

Mix cake mix, eggs, butter, mandarin orange juice and vanilla. Beat 4 minutes. Add mandarin oranges and beat until pieces are small. Put in greased 9-by-13-inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
When cool, mix vanilla pudding and pineapple juice. Blend well. Add powdered sugar and whipped topping. Spread over cake and refrigerate until set.
