Broccoli & Ham Creamy Noodle Casserole

12 oz. pkg. egg noodles
16 oz. pkg. frozen cut broccoli
3 c. cooked ham cut in 1/2-inch cubes
1 c. shredded Parmesan
1 c. shredded Mozzarella
1/3 c. butter or margarine
1/2 c. Half and Half
1/4 t. garlic powder
1/4 t. ea. salt & pepper

Cook noodles in salted, boiling water for 5 to 10 minutes or until tender. Drain and return to pan.

Add all remaining ingredients.

Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until margarine is melted and mixture is heated through.
