Almond Crusted Fish

1 lb. mild white fish filets
1/3 c. sliced almonds
2 Tbsp. reduced-fat margarine, melted
2 Tbsp. lemon or lime juice
1 t. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 t. paprika
1/4 t. pepper
Non-fat vegetable spray

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray a 9-by-13-inch baking pan with spray. Rinse and pat fish dry, arrange in pan in a single layer. In a small bowl, mix almonds, margarine, lemon/lime juice, Worcestershire, paprika,and pepper. Top filets with the sauce, spreading evenly. Bake 12-15 minutes, or until fish flakes easily.
