12 oz. Corn Chex
10 oz. Cheerios
1 pkg. pretzel sticks, broken
1-3/4 c. sugar
1-1/2 c. vegetable oil
1-1/2 c. butter, melted
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. garlic salt

Combine cereals and pretzels.
In a separate bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Stir until sugar is dissolved.
Pour over cereal mixture and toss to coat.
Transfer to a large roasting pan and bake, uncovered at 250 degrees for 1-1/4 hours.
