Egg Salad

6 Hard boiled eggs, chopped
1 Onion, finely chopped
1/2 c. Longhorn cheese, cubed
1/2 c. Ham, cooked, cubed
Vinegar
Olive oil
Salt and pepper

Mix eggs, onions, and ham gently until well blended.
Add vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper to taste.
Let set for two hours in the refrigerator.
Gently fold in cheese.
