Easter Angel Cake

2 c. Heavy cream
1 c. Pineapple, crushed, drained
12 Marshmallows, diced
1 pint Fresh strawberries, sliced, sweetened
1/2 t. Vanilla
1 Angel food cake
1 c. Coconut

Whip cream until stiff.
Fold in pineapple, marshmallows, strawberries and vanilla.
Cut Angel food cake in half or thirds.
Put cream mixture between layers, saving enough to ice the outside of the cake.
Sprinkle top and sides with coconut.
Chill for several hours before serving.
