Easter Eggs

4 c. Sugar
1 c. Water, cold
1 c. White syrup
4 Egg whites, beaten
1 pkg. Coconut
1 t. Vanilla
1 lb. Almond bark Chocolate, melted

Cook sugar, water and syrup until it forms a hard ball when dropped in cold water.
Pour hot syrup into beaten egg whites and beat until you can shape the mixture.
Add vanilla and coconut; mix well.
Shape and drop into melted chocolate to coat.
Decorate after cool.
