Crab Stuffed Peppers

1 c. Crab meat
1 t. Onion, minced
1 t. Lemon juice
1 c. Celery, finely chopped
3 to 4 Green peppers
3/4 c. Lettuce, diced
Mayonnaise to moisten

Combine crab meat, onion, lemon juice and celery; chill.
Remove tops from green peppers and hollow out insides.
Just before serving toss mayonnaise and lettuce with crab mixture and spoon into each green pepper.
