Shrimp and Cheddar Snacks

2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 c. Mayonnaise
1 (16 oz) can Shrimp, rinsed and drained
1 Onion, finely chopped
1/4 t. Garlic powder
42 slices Snack rye bread, toasted

Combine cheese, mayonnaise, shrimp, onion and garlic powder; mix well.
Spread one tablespoon on each slice of rye bread.
Place on an ungreased baking sheet.
Bake at 350 degrees for 7-9 minutes or until bubbly.
Serve hot.
