Easy steak dinner

1 envelope onion soup mix

1-1/2 lb. steak, cut thick

3 medium potatoes, halved

2 Tbsp. margarine

1/2 tsp. salt

1/8 tsp. pepper

3 carrots, cut into quarters

2 stalks celery, cut in pieces

Place ingredients in baking pan with meat on bottom. Sprinkle with onion soup mix, cover with vegetables. Cover and bake at 350˚ for 1-1/2 hrs.

Easy monkey bread

1/2 c. margarine or butter

1/2 c. white sugar

1/3 c. brown sugar, packed

1/4 c. chopped nuts

1 Tbsp. cinnamon

3 (12 oz.) cans buttermilk biscuits

Coat inside of a bundt pan with cooking spray or butter. Melt margarine. Mix sugars, nuts and cinnamon in small bowl. Open 1 can biscuits, separate and cut in 4 pieces. Roll each piece in sugar mixtures and place in single layer in bundt pan, drizzle with 1/3 of margarine. Repeat with other 2 cans biscuits. Sprinkle leftover sugar mixture over the top. Bake at 375˚ for 30-35 minutes. Cool 1 or 2 minutes before turning onto a plate. Don't leave too long in pan.

Creamy peanut butter pie

1-3/4 c. 2% milk, cold

1 pkg. (1 oz.) sugar-free vanilla pudding mix, instant

1/3 c. reduced-fat peanut butter, creamy

1 graham cracker crust, 8”, reduced fat

2 c. whipped topping, reduced fat

8 tsp. chocolate syrup

In a bowl, whisk milk and pudding mix for 2 minutes. Stir in peanut butter. Transfer to crust. Cover and chill for at least 3 hrs. Just before serving, spread with the whipped topping. Drizzle servings with chocolate syrup.
