Beginning July 14, the print versions the Rocky Fence Post and the Plains Fence Post will be completed in an entirely new way. Similar changes will take place at thefencepost.com on July 17.
The tweaks are a result of a new content management system, as it’s called in the business. That means we have a new method of producing stories, photos, headlines and pages for both our print newspaper and our tsln.com website.
We don’t anticipate much change to our print or digital products. As with any new system (and we’ve been working on this conversion for months), there likely will be “bugs.” Our website shouldn’t look very different, but you might notice a few minor changes, such as the categories where stories are placed.
