We received eight entries for last month’s mystery photo, with a wide variety of answers!

Our winner, Vance Teegerstrom of Strombsburg, Neb., identified the object as slates for a snooker table. We received several guesses that it could be a slates for a pool table, gaming table, or possibly a black board in the old country schools.

Julie Hudson of Elizabeth, Colo., sent in the object. Thanks for sharing this mysterious photo with our readers.
