We have a winner!
We received two guesses for last month’s Mystery Photo.
Dianne Young of Albion, Neb., Thinks it is a vise or press.
Ronald Tinkum of Granby, Colo., thinks the object is an old hose mender tool. It was used to tighten wire clamps when attaching fittings to hoses, mainly in underground mines on the smaller hand operated rock drills.
Denny Zitek of Grover, Colo., sent in the object. Thanks for sharing this mysterious photo with our readers.
