4 lbs. potatoes, quartered

1/3 c. olive oil

3 cloves garlic

1 c. onion, chopped

2 Tbsp. fresh rosemary, chopped

Pre-heat oven to 425˚. Toss all ingredients together in large bowl. Place in large casserole dish. Bake 45 minutes or until browned.
