2 c. Small tube pasta

1/2 c. Lean ground beef

1/4 c. Onion, chopped

1/4 c. Green pepper, chopped

1 (8 oz) can Tomato sauce

1/2 t. Italian seasoning

1 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded

Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile in a skillet, cook the beef, onion and green pepper over medium heat until meat is longer pink then drain. Stir in tomato sauce, Italian seasoning, garlic powder and pepper. Cook and stir until heated through, about 3 minutes. Spread half of the meat mixture in the bottom of a greased 1-quart baking dish. Top with half of the noodles and cheeses. Repeat layers and bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until heated through. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving. Yields 3 servings.
