Ag classroom adoption project set up
The Colorado Foundation for Agriculture will sponsor its Adopt a Classroom project through which it pairs up with a school and teacher. The classroom then receives the Colorado Reader series for a year.
The cost is $60 to offset the cost of packaging and distributing the Colorado Reader, which focuses on various aspects of the agricultural industry in the state.
For more information, contact Bette Blinde at the foundation, P.O. Box 10, Livermore, CO 80536 or call (970) 881-2902.
The foundation will also host its Farmer and Rancher Appreciation Dinner, Jan. 27, at the Colorado Farm Show. Tickets may be ordered at http://www.growingyourfuture.com.
