1 pound ground beef
2 3/4 quarts water
1 quart tomatoes
4 c. frozen mixed vegetables
1 c. barley
2 tsp. salt
4 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. Italian seasoning
1 tsp. dried minced onion
Brown beef in soup pot.
Add the frozen vegetables and water.
Skim fat.
Add the other ingredients and simmer about 45 minutes.
