CBO releases Senate farm bill score
The Congressional Budget Office late Thursday released its analysis of the Senate farm bill, estimating it would cost $867 billion over 10 years.
CBO makes its estimates over 10 years, even though farm bills last only five years.
The analysis includes a detailed discussion of each title.
