Colorado Cattlemen’s Association internship applications due in December
The Colorado Cattlemen’s Association is seeking interested applicants for the 2010 David G. and Lucille S. Rice Legislative Internship. Interns learn about government structure, as well as agricultural policies in which CCA members have a vested interest.
The internship, which pays $3,000 for full time from January-May, will involve working on legislative issues concerning Colorado beef producers and landowners to facilitate the understanding of Colorado’s legislative process.
Resumes are due Dec. 7, along with a writing sample explaining interest in why the applicant would like to be selected for the internship. They should be sent to the Colorado Cattlemen’s Association, Attn: Rice Legislative Internship, 8833 Ralston Road, Arvada, CO 80002. For more additional information, contact Terry Fankhauser by phone (303) 431-6422 or e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org.
