Colorado wheat growers invited to annual county business meetings Jan. 4-7
Colorado wheat farmers are invited to attend and participate in the annual county business meetings and elections sponsored by the Colorado Wheat Administrative Committee (CWAC) and the Colorado Association of Wheat Growers (CAWG). The business meetings and elections will be held Jan. 4–7 at eight different locations.
Attendees will hear updates from Randy Traxler, CAWG president and wheat farmer; Dave Anderson, CWAC president and wheat farmer; and CWRF President Dan Anderson. Along with the presentations from the board presidents, CSU wheat farmer Scott Haley will give an update on the current wheat-related research at Colorado State University.
County-level representatives for both CWAC and CAWG will be elected at these meetings. If you are interested in serving on either board, attend the meeting, or please contact your current representative for more information.
County and district representatives are listed at http://www.coloradowheat.org.
