CSU to hold two-day workshop Dec. 7-8 at the Marriott Residence Inn in Arlington, Va.
Colorado State University will put together a two-day workshop on food, energy and water problems on Dec. 7-8 at the Marriott Residence Inn in Arlington, Va..
People may register for the event, although it is not required, according to a press release.
The workshops will include information presented by experts in the field, overviews of challenges in energy production and more. Two key factors to be discussed are oil and gas production, and biofuel production.
CSU speakers will include Ken Reardon, professor of chemical and biological engineering and workshop organizer; Keith Puastian, professor of soil ecology; and Ken Carlson, professor of civil and environmental engineering.
The two-day workshop is sponsored by National Science Foundation and by Colorado State University.
