CSU’s Ag Day scheduled Sept. 12
The 28th annual Colorado State University Ag Day is Sept. 12 prior to the CSU football game against Weber State at Hughes Stadium.
A barbecue featuring a wide array of Colorado products will be served from 11:30 a.m.- 2 p.m., followed by the football game at 3 p.m. There will be hands-on, fun displays for everyone and a special visit by the Colorado Commissioner of Agriculture John Stulp.
Proceeds from the event fund scholarships for CSU College of Agricultural Sciences students. For the 2009-2010 school year, the event has provided 15 students with a $2,000 award each.
