Egg Drop Soup | Sharon Raasch – Imperial, Neb.

3 1/2 c. Water
1 envelope chicken noodle soup mix
1 egg, beaten

In a medium-sized saucepan, bring water to a boil; stir in soup mix.
Reduce heat and simmer five to 10 minutes.
With a fork, quickly stir in egg a little at a time until it congeals.
Serve immediately.
