El Paso Extension offers Small Acreage Seminars
A series of small acreage seminars will be hosted by El Paso County CSU Cooperative Extension beginning March 15 and continuing Thursday nights through April 5. The seminars will begin at 6:30 p.m.
Subjects will include Pasture Management for Small Acreages; Weed Management Strategies for Small Acreages; Water, Well and Septic System; Manure Management on Small Acreage; Pest Management; The Law of the Land: Landowner Liability and Fence Law Issue.
The seminar dates are: March 15, March 22, March 29, and April 5. Presentations will provide in depth information for property owners to help them manage their resources while maximizing their property values.
Cost for pre-registration is $25 per seminar, or $75 per person to pre-register for the entire four part series.

Cameron Ross Irons, age 32, was apprehended May 24 on an arrest warrant for Larceny of Domestic Animals (Horse) after criminal charges were filed by Texas and Southwestern Cattle Raisers Association Special Ranger Bart Perrier.
