1 lb. frozen vegetables (mixed)

1 lb. frozen stew vegetables

10 oz. can tomato soup, undiluted

2 cans (14 oz. each) stewed tomatoes, undrained

1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Spray Crock-pot with cooking spray. Crumble beef along bottom of Crock-pot. Add remaining ingredients. Cook on high for 4 hours.
