Favorite Plains Recipes for 1-2-2010

8 oz. turkey breast

1/2 c. onion, chopped

1 lg. can whole tomatoes

1 c. water

1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp. mustard

1 tsp. dried parsley flakes

1-1/3 c. uncooked Minute Rice

2 c. cabbage shredded

In pan sprayed with non-stick spray, brown turkey and onion. Break up whole tomatoes and stir in with meat (add the juice too). Stir in water, Worcestershire sauce, mustard and parsley flakes. Bring to a boil. Add rice and cabbage. Mix well. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes, until rice and cabbage are tender. Serves 4.
