Favorite Plains Recipes for 1-23-10

1 cube margarine, melted

1 c. sour cream



16 oz. cream corn

16 oz. whole corn, undrained



1/4 tsp. butter flavoring

1 egg, beaten

1 Jiffy corn muffin mix

Mix all ingredients well. Place in a 7×12″ pan. Bake at 350˚ for 45 minutes.
