Favorite Plains Recipes for 10-10-09

2/3 c. light corn syrup

2 Tbsp. margarine

11-1/2 oz. milk chocolate chips

1 tsp. vanilla

8 c. Golden Grahams

3 c. mini-marshmallows

Butter 9×13″ pan. Heat syrup, margarine and chips just to boiling, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. Pour over cereal in large mixing bowl; toss quickly until completely coated. Fold in marshmallows 1 cup at a time. Press evenly in pan, let stand until firm.
