By Sharon Raasch of Champion, Neb.

4 Tbsp. catsup

1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice

1/4 tsp. salt

3-4 drops Tabasco sauce

1 tsp. horseradish

1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Make sure you use pure horseradish as a mixed one may have too much zip for your taste. Mix all together and refrigerate. To blend flavors well, leave overnight.
