Favorite Plains Recipes for 2-6-10

1-1/2 c. ham, finely chopped

8 oz. can pineapple tidbits, drained (set aside 1/4 c. of the juice)

2 c. cold cooked pasta, rinsed & drained

3/4 c. celery, diced

1/4 c. green onion, chopped

1/3 c. mayonnaise

Combine ham, pineapple, pasta, celery and onion. Combine mayonnaise and pineapple juice. Pour over pasta mixture and mix well. Refrigerate for 1/2 hour before serving.
