Favorite Plains Recipes for 7-18-09

3 c. hash browns, frozen

1 c. Colby or Colby Jack cheese, shredded



1 c. cooked ham, cubed

1/4 c. onion, chopped



4 eggs

12 oz. evaporated milk

salt and pepper, as desired

Put hash browns in glass casserole dish. Mix all other ingredients in bowl and pour over hash browns. Bake at 350˚ for 1 hour.
