1 sm. green pepper, diced

1 sm. jar pimento, diced

1/3 lb. American cheese, (5-1/2 slices)

3 Tbsp. flour

1-1/2 tsp. salt

3 Tbsp. melted butter

3 eggs, beaten

3/4 c. milk

Mix everything in large mixing bowl. Bake in buttered 1-1/2 quart casserole (uncovered), until thick and knife comes out clean. Bake at 350˚ for 1 hour.
