HVTA to host antique truck show father’s day weekend
Mark your calendar for Father’s Day weekend June 14-15 when the Intermountain Chapter of the Historical Vintage Truck Association (HVTA) will host an exhibit of antique trucks in Greeley, Colo. It will be held at the Bunkhouse in the northwest corner of Island Grove Regional Park, 501 N. 14th Ave., Greeley, Colo.
The show is free to the public, exhibitors may move in Friday, June 14. In addition to pickups, mid-range and large trucks, there will be older firetrucks, over the road truck tractors — some just for show and some still working. We welcome tractors.
Not everything is restored and there are no prizes awarded. There is a $15 entry fee for the first truck registered, maximum for all trucks is $25. Each participant will receive a colorful dash plaque commemorating the event.
This group has been putting on a show for the past five years. Anyone interested in joining our group should contact us at the registration table. Local dues are $12 a year.
