Judge tentatively overrules jury award in glyphosate case
A California judge has tentatively overruled the $250 million jury award in the case of a landscaper who claimed that Monsanto’s weedkiller Roundup caused his non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma, CNN reported.
The judge said the plaintiff “presented no clear and convincing evidence of malice or oppression to support an award of punitive damages.”
