Larimer County 4-H hosts annual carnival

Larimer County 4-H Foundation

The annual 4-H Carnival will be held Saturday, March 24, from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. at the Ranch/Larimer County Fairgrounds in the First National Bank Exhibition Hall in Loveland. This family event is now celebrating its 48th year in Larimer County as a major fund-raiser for the local 4-H clubs.

Dozens of booths, created and operated by the 4-H members and their families, feature games, prizes, food, and lots of fun. There will also be door prizes and grand prizes available to those who purchase advance tickets through a 4-H member. Tickets may also be purchased at the Carnival. There is no admission fee and parking is free.

An Artisan Craft Show is also part of the annual event. The craft show will be held in the same location Saturday, March 24, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Booths will feature hand crafted items from local artisans.

Proceeds from both events go to the 4-H foundation and help support 4-H youth programs, events, scholarships, and activities.
