2 cans whole green chiles, drained
2 to 3 tomatoes, chopped
2 c. shredded Colby Jack cheese
1 c. biscuit baking mix
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
In a lightly greased 8 x 8-inch pan, layer chiles, tomatoes and cheese.
Beat together remaining ingredients and spoon over cheese.
Bake, uncovered for 30 to 35 minutes or until set.
